Difficulties in acquiring sufficientquantity of the material, needs secondary surgery and probable resorptions possibilities are the prejudices for the clinicians avoiding autogenous bone in their daily practices.The philosophy indications and application of autogenous bone from simple to complex cases will be discussed in this presentation.
